Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Participant
All cancellations must be made in writing.
More than 30 days before the retreat:
The deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
14–30 days before the retreat:
A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total retreat fee will be charged. Any amount paid in excess of this will be refunded.
Less than 14 days before the retreat:
A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total retreat fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
Substitution / Replacement
You may nominate another couple to take your place, subject to approval, at no additional cost.
If your place is successfully filled, a partial refund may be considered at the organizers discretion.
Cancellation by Organizer
The retreat is subject to a minimum number of participants.
In the event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all payments made will be fully refunded.
The organizer shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (including travel or accommodation outside of the retreat).
